03/05/2009 Complaint against Scotiabank Peru. Acts

On 29/01/2009 at about 9 pm at an ATM of Scotiabank Peru inserted my Debit card after entering password, the cashier went off with the message "CASHIER IN MAINTENANCE", and my card was in, then proceeded to call the bank to block my card, the person who served me told me not me worry because my card was a state called "pre-emptive blocking." When I approached the bank days for lack of time, pick up my new card and go to a cashier I noticed with surprise that my money was gone, back at that moment the bank and informed me that same night from 29/01/2009 from an ATM Globalnet (not the same cashier where it was my card), there were 6 withdrawals S /. PEN 400.00 ea and more foreign ATM fees that make a total of S /. 2,531.36 Nuevos Soles, which I do not recognize. According to the bank the 6 transactions were carried out between 9:08 p.m.. and 9:10 p.m.. After a few months so the bank ultimately answers me after submitting my complaint with police report included which states that NO is responsible for such withdrawals because they have been made with my key card and my normal way and have been a preventive blocking my card that day 29/01/2009 at 9:11 pm, one minute after the last withdrawal giving me to understand that the same banking system was blocking it detected a contingency with my card, all with a letter without further testing. The Bank has not acted on the call any time I did that for me was in advance of such withdrawals, does not comment on what the person told me that I attended, where the recording of the call?, What happened with my card?, with the transaction? Why the cashier went off? The Bank has a limit S/.1 maximum, 500 soles daily may be withdrawn from my account ... could withdraw S/.2 As well, 400 more Globalnet ATM commissions (total S/.2, 531.36)? Where is the bank's security systems validation? Why people should be responsible for the safety of cash? ALL THESE QUESTIONS ARE NOT ANSWERED BY SCOTIABANK PERU BANCO

Interview RBC NEWS (here I had the second letter, Miss made a mistake in the order of my surname and the .... hours)
